Deeper hip opening

Lower body core stabilization and back-bending
Week 6, Sunday June 5 5:30-6:30
Putting it all together - full intermediate flow class.
Please note that this series will help you build up to an intermediate practice or strengthen your existing intermediate practice. Open to all levels, but not recommended for new beginners.
