Fall is coming to a close and winter is quickly approaching as the leaves bright are replaced with cold mornings and early nights. It is during this time of year that we often find ourselves un-intentionally hibernating.
For our Real Hot Yogi’s, this is the time of year where our yoga classes can do more than just burn body fat, increase flexibility and help you find balance but also as a time to warm up!

Real Hot: This 105 degree class features a set of hatha yoga poses performed in a set sequence (the number of poses varies by class type). This sequence is designed to work the body from the inside out by systematically compressing and opening the body. This movement works to massage and stimulate organs to rid the body of toxins, aid in digestion, and increase metabolism. Did we mention you can burn up to 600 calories in one class?
Hot: Our Hot Power Yoga is a great way to tone and strengthen muscles, increase heart rate, and burn calories. At 95 degrees, you’ll be offering your body a detoxification. More advanced than our yin class, this class is the perfect combination of calorie burning and zin.
